Finding Love
Finding Love
Standing in a crowded room- but feel lonely
You thought he could make you happy and could be your one and only
He tells you he loves you no more
But you don’t want to see him walk out the door
A few months go by and a guy smiles at you
You smile back and think “now what do I do?”
He tells you everything’s alright and his arms are open
You smiling and blushing proves you have not been broken
“Thump, thump” that’s the sound of your heart
It lets you know that your ex did not tear you apart
He made you cry and made you sad
But you will soon be happy and it’s his bad
He will find out that he made a big mistake
And see your single now and free for anybody to take
Men will come left and right
But only one man should have your sight
Now that I have given you some good advice
Go and find that guy who makes you want to scream like you’ve seen mice
I found a guy who I used to date who is kind and sweet
And I believe that his love for me cannot be beat
