While Looking Out My Window
While looking out my window, as we were driving by,
I saw many people, many lives, many stories
While looking out my window, I saw the beauty of it all
All of God's creation so wondrously made
While looking out my window, I saw a little child, laughing in the rain, running, skipping, jumping, in her own made up game.
While looking out my window, I saw a couple holding hands, the sun coming through the clouds
While looking out my window, I saw the rain fall down, the showers of God's blessings
I saw the smile of a little child, happy in the rain, the love between a man and woman, the brightness of the sun
Most of all I saw the love of God, on each and every one of us
All this I saw, while looking out my window.
