Easy Choice
One hand has the answer.
A crystal ball on a mangled cord
Dangles right as if a tenuous wire.
The other is a hand in murky water,
One smoggy, opaque,
We can’t remember to forget
A risk- filled,
Gray swamp: clouds skimming the top,
The answers are always unclear.
A selection that is dancing away,
With my fluttering heart.
Badgering my skull,
Driving me up a hundred foot wall.
If the choice is one far from home,
We plunge into unending darkness,
But may be presented with acquisitions,
With riches.
