My Last Breath
I have traveled thousands of miles
Braved the dangers of promised death
All in hopes of one last glance of you
One last kiss that steals my breath
At first I fell in love with your striking beauty
Your eyes that melted my heart on sight
But I have fallen in love with the beautiful soul within you
It’s the most stunning, breathtaking, showstopper of the night
I could not bear the sight of you
Leaving me imprisoned in this world alone
Leaving my heart to painfully rot in a cell
I could not stand to ever be on my own
I have traveled thousands of miles
Braved the dangers of promised death
All in hopes of one last glance of you
Our hearts will forever be entwined, entwined they are as the world steals our last breath.
