Who I really am
You look at me
You see my smile
You hear my laugh
But, do you really look?
When look inside my shell
Or look past my mask you see me
I have thousands of scares and tears
But very few hearts, and laughs
I look happy
On the inside it's a different story
I have scares which cannot be fixed
I'm so love struck I can hardly breathe
People don't ever ask or act like they want to see me
If I show them, I want to cry but smile at the same time
My scares and hearts are hard to explain
But, if I tell you, will you really listen?
So, who am I?
The smiling girl you see everyday?
Or a scared little girl?
Or even a love struck young woman?
