December 16, 2014: FLASH
The unlawful use of force and violence is
One of the defining properties of
  An act of *Terrorism.
Such satirical beauty as this implies
  There is such vehemence
‘tis deemed lawful in this world.

There used to be a time when death
Would garner shock and impair beyond repair,
There used to be a time when murder
Would shake hearts to the core,
  And a time when murderers
  Were just murderers.
  Not all Muslims branded erroneous.
But first ‘ere delving unto this tale,
  Stop and fetch some empathy.
Most definitely, you can think what you will think
But in this ‘tis but one humble opinion
Surely when a person sits and jots
They think he thinks he knows
Surely I do not know how the world works
  Or as to conspiracy theories
Surely I do not know all that there is to
Or as to f***ing fame and glory
  But
Surely I can see and hear and feel
And know what is wrong for wrong
Surely I can tell revenge from justice
And know what is cruel for cruel
Just so I know murder for murder
Just so I know foul for foul
December Sixteenth, a day such as none:
Reminded of how moments of change
can bring catastrophe just as easy,
as they can shower down bliss.
And now as I write I feel the words
  Flit right through and out
  For see,
  How could they stay
  When there are none perfected?
  How could they be placed
  In places none exist?
  How could they be writ
For such horrors to be told?
  Hopes yet not hoped for
  And dreams yet un-dreamt
  Laughs yet not laughed loud
  And punch-lines yet un-spent
  Mischief yet left unmanaged
  And paths yet not walked
  Aspirations yet not achieved
  And emotions still un-felt
  Enlightenment yet to come
  ‘twas squashed and smashed
  And broken
  The life sucked out by
  A Dementor’s Kiss
…….
All I can say is do not say
  That you understand, you know.
You can’t understand in the least
  No one can. Not one.
Not me. Not you. Not one.
There are no words. These words I pen,
  Are nothing.
