Does the devil look like thee
With soft eyes and personality
Does he pitty the poor but take all they possess
Does he act like a wolf though like sheep he may dress
Does he pray with eyes open to see his creations
Does he prey on the blood of others salvations
Does the devil look like thee, only meant to deceive
Or dare I ask myself, is he worse than I believe?

I wrote the rough draft of this piece in the summer after my 11th grade year. Oddly enough, my inspiration came while watching The Walking Dead on Netflix...how weird.
