All you need is twenty seconds of insane courage, and i promise you, something good will come of it.

Whenever you’re feeling sad,
Just write a suicide note.
Whether you're planning to commit or not.
When you write, include a paragraph for everyone you know.
Anyone who would be affected by your death.
Your mother deserves a full page.
Your step dad too.
He deserves to understand it isn’t his fault.
Write one for your sister,
who doesn’t have to share a room anymore
She’ll keep your nightlight plugged in though,
Because now it’s her who's afraid of the dark.
Include all your friends personally,
Because they have to bear the pain at school.
Don’t forget your teachers,
Because the empty chair that you used to occupy
Will haunt them the rest of the year.
Write a bit for the bus driver, too.
It was the bullies, not him, that made the ride awful.
Write an apology to each of the counsellors.
They’ll think it’s their fault they couldn’t save you.
The hardest letter to write though, is the one to the boy who did this.
He trashed you, yes. And he has to live with that.
Write him a kind note, one that explains who to treat a lady like a lady.
Not like a brick wall you can punch.
Write a letter to everyone you’ve ever met, because they’ll feel the pain.
The pain of a lost soul is the hardest to hold,
Because it slips through our fingers and lands right in our chests.
Sitting on our lungs and choking our hearts.
And finally write a note to yourself,
Begging not to do this.
Because the last thing you’ll ever think of
Isn’t harsh words, or parent’s fighting.
It isn’t embarrassment, or relief.
It isn’t the feeling of peace,
It is regret.
