Flying
May 2, 2016
I spread my wings,
my comely silver wings,
far and wide,
Flapping
those incredible wings,
as I rise,
higher and higher,
higher and higher,
I go,
until I can see
Heaven's light.
I soar
through a deep blue
glittering sky.
I feel alive,
finally awakened,
but now the sun
has risen,
and I
must sleep.
