In that store.
So then I decided to become
A wizard
They said
“You can’t.
You have to be a boy
To be a wizard.”

I still carried my wand in
My shoe to
Prove the fact.
Now
I am afraid
To fail
Because the dreams
I pursue
Run faster than the
Speed of light
Break the sound barrier

They say I can’t
