Inner Peace

I'm a raw beast
filled with thawed meat
Pesticides
Rest beside
a field of tall weeds

I'm reckless I
can't decide
if my past is genocide

I beg to God
with head to sky
to reveal of all things

I'm looking for my inner peace
Shook from losing energy
They took from me
the one thing hooking good back to my memories

Pushing for the best of me
Although my soul's in jeopardy
Thought they put me 6 feet under
but never could I rest in peace

My spirit has taken a toll
My mind unable to console
So I suffer in silence
Too much pride to ever make it known

I'm tired. I'm exhausted
from the thoughts
that I have I fought with
To be nice or to be awful?
I need a coffin for my conscience
