Four Wild Friends
They are the only ones who listen to me. I am the only who loves them. Four wild friends with high aspirations and big dreams like mine. Four who were meant to be together and thrive. Four fun loving girls finding happiness in each other. From your eyes, they seem obnoxious, but to them they are living the dream.
Their bond is strong. They find joy in the little things. They smile together and laugh together and grasp the world by their fingertips and don’t let anything be taken for granted. This is how they live.
Banded together like close knit family, not allowing one another to slip off the deep end. Stay, stay, stay I say as we begin to drift apart. They stay.
When I am too down and too little to smile, when I am nothing but another person in this world, I look to my friends for hope. When there is nothing but sadness filled inside me. Four who grew close despite barriers. Four who strive and do not lose sight of dreams. For whose only goal is to stay together.
