The Sky Inhale It
The sky… inhale it. Taste its bitterness
Taste the salt of the tears it cries
Smell the scent of the ocean breeze mixed with the damp wet cloth scent of cloud
Take a step forward only to take ten back
Ten seconds
Grab the bottle
Contemplate the point
Encircle its shape
Grab the oval smell its chalky taste
Swallow it whole
Take another?
Why not?
Let the reaper come inside the house
Let him carry your soul out the door leaving your color of black inside, the scent of a pool
The pool of a tear you carry set it down let it splash the floor sink into the wood
The sky inhale it, taste the sweetness… leaving you forever
