Ahahahha yes, at first I had no idea either. In fact I still am somewhat divided as to whether the topics I choose to write in Haiku form are indeed meant to be written in it or not. But still, the bare minimum is the syllable count I suppose. 5 in first line. 7 in second line. And 5 again in 3rd line. And there you have your Haiku ^_^

OKAY. HERE'S THE STORY: I really wanted to write a Haiku but I had no idea what the requirements were so I Googled it. Google then proceeded to give me the entire history of Haikus and Japan and cherry blossoms and I had no idea what to do with that information. SO, using the lump of tissue between my ears, I TRIED to "replicate" a Haiku. Aaaaand...I failed. But thanks for telling me! I wouldn't have known otherwise. I need to research harder. I don't see how this is a Haiku unless you forcibly make people into five syllables which is not possible I think :P But anyway, It sure is a pretty cool poem man. I like the stark truth expressed boldly and the picture goes too ;)
