Pain is temporary. It could last for a minute or an hour or a day or even a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If i quit however the pain will last forever.

Every frown is a possible smile to the upside down man.
When you cry he comes over and takes your hand
and asks you "why are you sad when the worlds fill of fun?"
"People make fun of me so I stay away from the sun.
They laugh at me call me names is despite,
so Mr. Upside Down Man don't tell me things will be alright!"
"But they can!" The Upside Down Man said with a shout
"Get out of the darker get up and look out!"
The girl saw the grass, the flowers, and the trees,
but asked "how is this going to help me?"
The Upside Down Man gave her a pen and told her to write.
"Write about the world, your feelings, everything will be alright."
The little girl wrote a poem about the sky,
made her feel happy. Reborn to a new life.
Open up your heart and one day you'll see
that the best way to happiness is through poetry.
