Rocket Ship
The world looks so far from my rocket ship
A spilt spoonful of blue
Afloat among the peppery stars
In my galaxy stew
Where I’ll end up, I’m not sure
I have nowhere to go
But I’m off, off in my rocket ship
This much I do know
Colors, shapes, and creatures pass
All I’ve never seen
I do not know or care to know
What any of them mean
Cause the world looks so far from my rocket ship
There’s no need to make life harder
So just join me by the window as
We fly a little farther
