Perfect(ion)
Some things are happy
 and some things are sad
 And some things are so
 frustratingly perfect
 that you don't know
 what to do any more,
 and you don't know what
 to say, 'cause you don't
 want to ruin it.
And you don't know what to
 dream, 'cause you just
 don't want this to
 disappear at the end
 of the day,
or the end of the hour,
or the end of the minute.
 Or even if, this isn't
 real,
 if I could just be
 remembered,
 as the best time you
 ever had.
 I might be okay,
 without you and your
 perfection...

The irony of this is I wrote it two days after I met the guy, without even knowing what it was about. Now, four months later, I realize how clearly it depicted how our relationship went. And it sucks, because I'm still working on making that last line true... ugh. ;)
