Crystal Tears

That lonesome, long trail
thousands wanting to wail
all wanting to stop
wishing to fail
hoping it will be over
to stop the torture
to let the nightmare be over
wishing it was a dream,
a scheme
but unfortunately
all it did was make them scream
and never end the crystal tears
that consumed and showed the fear.
