You can call it crazy.
You can call me mad.
You can try to break me
but you already have.
You can think I'm worthless,
well you're not alone.
So many times that I've heard this
while you sit upon your throne.
How can you live with yourself
knowing I'm dying in this cell
that I'm supposed to call home?
But nobody knows
of the demons that lurk
in my mind in the dark.
As I tremble with fear
to the beat of your heart.
You don't know I've already died
a thousand times inside
'cause you never looked in my eyes,
you never held me when I cried.
