After many years of domestication and breeding,

humanity has come to know the dogs we know today.

Life with a companion is fulfilling and freeing.

There’s lots you can do to pass the day away.

Playing fetch with you companion is an enjoyable way to pass the time,

although, all the running around will prepare the dog for bedtime.

Perhaps, relaxing and petting the dog is more advantageous.

The adorable aura created from the cute puppy will be contagious.

While the dog may be an enjoyable presence,

            they are a humungous responsibility.

While some may argue the work involved is not worth the pleasance,

any disappointing remarks towards dogs is a sign of immaturity.

Training your loved one is a very important task.

Sometimes, it may be tempting to start carrying around a flask.

While the discipline involved in crafting a good boy may be hard,

in the end, your companion will be using the bathroom in the yard.

At the end of the day when you are inside and unwinding,

the smile and innocence of your puppy is satisfying.

Maybe even the cuteness and joy given may be a bit blinding.

The only logical action is to sit with your dog and start crying.

It may be hard concluding whether humanity deserves dogs.

I pity anyone who feels the same way about frogs.

While what may happen with your loving companion may be a loose end,

all in all, dogs are a man’s best friend.
