Checking the other team to get the puck.

All of them sweating under every layer,

Heading into their zone, teammates yell good luck.

Ripping a shot as fast as a laser on the net,

The puck makes it past their defencemen.

He scores, how much better can this get?

He wants to do it again, he knows he can.

He goes back to the bench and gets a high five,

As the game is about to end, they get dirty.

Their player fakes an injury, that’s a dive,

How much time is left on the clock, only thirty.

The game is over, it was lots of fun,

They are all very happy that they won.
