Slow it down…
bring your run to a walk
And your walk,
To a stand still.
Take the moment to look around,
To notice the grain of sand,
And the pebble beneath your feet.
Take a look around,
To notice a snow flake,
And a drop of rain
That fall from the
Vast blue sky
Take that moment to
Realize that each was put into place
For a reason….
