I have too many words in my heart
I don’t know where to start
A feeling has come over me
I don’t know who to be
I feel nothing but numb
It bangs in my head like a drum
I see nothing but blood
Its taking over my life like a flood
This pain goes around and around
My feet cant stop on the ground
This pain I feel inside
It just wont subside
There is help all around me
But im too scared to open my eyes and see
Its hard to learn to cope
If you believe there is no hope
I never look forward to tomorrow
Because I know I will only face more sorrow
I still don’t believe in the sun of the new day
But I really hope I will be okay
