Summer is never a bummer
I love going to the pool
The best part of my year is summer
Swimming is very cool

I love the who go there
They are very good friends
they have really nice hair
They will be our friends till the end

The hot air leaves the sidewalk steaming
The tennis court is bad on our feet
Sometimes its so hot we're screaming
We never ever admit defeat

This is why I love summer
Summer is never a bummer
