Pretend that you don't
Care at all
The names they yell
The things they say
Words like bullets
Tossed your way
Hide your face
Hide your skin
Always outside
Never in
Tears show weakness
Scars show pain
Use the pills
To keep you sane
Even at home
You can't escape
The hateful words
Are just the same
Fake a smile
Live a lie
Maybe life would be better
