A Christmas Kiss
Sounds of Christmas fill the street
The jolly music sweet
Walking through the down town square
Is when we first did meet
My fur coat frames a soft pale face
Your jacket’s silhouette
When our eyes met in this place
Two souls, at once, connect
You walks to me, and asks my name
We quickly understand
A new found attraction, set aflame
You offer me your hand
We board the horse drawn trolley
Listening to the sleigh bells ring
Overwhelming smells of holly
And other Christmas things
A large tree sits, in the center place
All decorated to a T
The lights bright light, glow off our face
From a glorious Christmas tree
You drop me off at my front door
After a night of bliss
Standing under mistletoe
You give a Christmas kiss
