Living life as a military kid
Involves house changes and lots of moving
To different places, such as Madrid
Doesn’t matter if we are approving
Always moving away from family
And moving away from our close friends
Even though we’re in this big galaxy
It seems like everything always ends
But it’s always nice to see new places
Experience new cultures and new foods
Meet new faces, make marks in new spaces
And to fly at different altitudes
I guess my life didn’t end up too bad
It’s all a big thanks to my mom and dad
