Hey There Boy (I Wanna Breath)
I read the poem Hey There Boy (I Wanna Breath) going into the poem I had no clue of what to expect. When I finally finished reading it I thought wow this is a strong poem and also that it was vary passionate. The poem was mainly about a girl that wanted to reach her goals, but something was holding her down. Then at the end she is free and able to achieve her goals. Then the poem looks toward the boy who is finally letting her breath so she can achieve her goals. Basically what I got from it is don’t let anyone tell you that you cant do something.
