I can relate to this writing because I play basketball, softball, and volleyball and they are more like family. Being part of a team is awesome, especially when everyone is so close. I could go to any one of the girls on my team and I know they would bet there for me. With that being said I think the closer you are with your teammates the easier it is to encourage each other and help each other out. I would agree that being part of a team is like school or a job. You have to be committed to everyone on the team. You cant just give up half way through season.
