Soul candy by Aliza Grace
Aliza Grace the author of soul candy, this book was illuminating. She wrote this book to help us understand in my opinion self love. Learning how to love themselves I believe it’s teaching them that all energy that comes into your life is good. Most of it will not elevate you, probably bring you down instead Aliza grace intended to teach us self love and growth in soul candy.
Soul candy was a message to the people teaching them that loving yourself is the best way to start having a growth mindset knowing that you don't gotta depend on others if there not gonna help you that's just a waste of time, this was interesting to me because Aliza gave us a book that mostly everybody can relate too like when she said “ The only thing that's holding you is you but your mind won't allow you to see that.” This provides insight to the people it’s speaking to Because everyone always tryna work on themselves.
If you like milk & honey by Rupi Kaur than soul candy is the book for you, Aliza Grace words that she uses and not using those regular words she uses the ones that will help you open your eyes it will help you, I recommend this book to the ones that want to be the better version of them.
