" The greatest mistake a man can make is being afraid to make one"

Muhammad Ali one of the greatest boxers to ever do it. ‘Don't count the days make the dates’. Muhammad Ali. A man who inspired so many others. A world heavyweight boxing champion, and a man whose name will always live. The book How to Become muhammad Ali is a young adult book written by James Patterson, an American author, and works with a lot of people.  My viewers should read this book because it gives you a story on how life turns out by choosing a path and sticking with the ones who believe in you no matter the situation. . Some of the characters in this book give it their all even after mistake and mistake. The setting takes place in a small town in Louisiana, where it’s only one black family in a white neighborhood and really thought on the streets. The story really tells how to keep fighting, but turns into a story of healing and helping story

Muhammad Ali is a story about a 12 year old boy named Cassius Clay who got a lot from his grandfather, got into lots of trouble, and hung out with lots of friends. The people in his life did not want to help him , but his best friend lucky. Clay felt betrayed at once so he didn't want to trust anyone, he only believed in the ones who believed in him. All Clay wanted was to become a boxer and his family on his side, instead of people controlling him.

Cassius Clay is one of the most amazing characters in this book. He's very talented and unique. At first you may not like him because he might be a little misunderstood. But as soon as you keep reading the book you're going to be able to understand him and feel what he is going through. In the end he became one of the most well known boxers in the world.  Clay started off as a boy in a tough neighborhood and just was stubborn. He didn't want to listen to his parents. He would hide report cards. Everyone in his life was the same which is why he chose a different path and went with someone who believed in him. Not everyone wanted to hear him out and hear his important side of the story.

If I had a personal connection in the book it would be lucky. Lucky was Clay's best friend and stood right next to him. Lucky was the only one to go to Clay's first fight against the biggest bully in school.  Lucky who sticks by him whether his fists are raised in victory or his back is against the ropes. I connected to him because me and him both got that brotherhood connection. Always sticking with the right man no matter the situation, and having beliefs in their friends.

The message of this book can be a great way to keep fighting in life for the things you want. Clay relationships with family and friends weren't really good. It was breaking and destroying him and his loved ones. The other message in this book is that you can't just rely on others to believe in you, because you need to believe in yourself. Clay was a believer but nobody believed in him. Throughout the story he finds who actually believes in him and who he trusts.

I consider this book to be for athletes and sports related people. This book can really giveyou tips on how to become a stronger fighter and have a better mentality with your mind. Clay had a i dont care mindset because he wanted to become a boxer and became stronger and better. I really enjoyed this book, and I hope you do too.
