Frozen Movie Review



When I first saw the movie Frozen, I knew I would like it. Frozen is packed with a great story, amazing characters, a whole lot of humor, and a winter theme.

Frozen has a great story that involves two sisters, one sister is Queen Elsa of Arendale and the other sister is Princess Anna of Arendale. Elsa, who has powers that allow her to shoot ice and snow out of her hands. When the sisters were little, they would play together. Elsa accidentally hits Anna in the head with ice and her body turns as cold as the ice and part of her hair changes from red to white.
She goes to the trolls that heal her body. Elsa gets locked up in her room so she doesn’t hurt anybody else. When they’re older, Queen Elsa has coronation day, where Arendale opens up the gates and people are allowed to go in. Elsa wears gloves to help her hold her powers in and keep them to herself. Anna grabs Elsa’s hand and accidentally pulls her glove off. Anna chases Elsa out the door, but Elsa tells her to stay back, but she doesn’t so Elsa shoots ice in front of her so she can’t go anymore. From there, she runs away into the mountains freezing Arendale and making it snow for the first time ever.
In the mountains, a new character comes, Olaf. Olaf is a snowman that Elsa and Anna built when they were playing together. Olaf is a funny character that loves summer. Now that Elsa has made it snow in Arendale covering the ground and freezing the water with ice, she can’t return or else she would be hated. Anna goes up in the mountains looking for Elsa. On her journey, she runs into a guy that sells ice. His name is Kristoff and he has a reindeer named Sven. Anna demands Kristoff to take her up the mountain in his sled to find Elsa. Towards the top of the mountain, Anna spots this ice sculpture. Kristoff gets off his sled and goes to the sculpture. They open the door and Elsa is in there. Anna tries to get Elsa to come back to Arendale, but she refuses. Finally, she comes back and they make the Arendale that was frozen over into a fun town and started ice skating.

That is the story of the movie Frozen using characters, humor, and the winter theme. Go watch Frozen to see how amazing it is! If you don’t like Disney movies, just let it go.
