Avatar was made by James Cameron and is probably in my opinion one of the best movies of all time with the action the story and a little bit of romance here and there it is a fantastic movie.  This movie also symbolizes something too and what I think that is would be the Indians and the originating colonies of America with the Na’vi being the Indians and the Humans or us being the colonies. The movies topic is about the Humans who depleted Earth's resources looking for more and in order to get some resources they must mine where the Na’vi live.

This movie has 2 main character on being Jake Sully who is played by the actor Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana being the voice of Neytiri who is very good at it and the reason I say voiced is because this movie is about 80 percent animated so you never get to see Zoe Saldana but you get to see Sam Worthington. The Na’vi are actually natives their and are blue humanoid about 15 feet tall creatures.

The plot is about Jake sully being offered a job which he accepts because if he does the people who offered him the job said they would give him his legs back if he accepted because Jake Sully is paralyzed from the waist down and would have never gotten this job if his twin brother didn’t die. The job was to go into Na’vi body which they had cloned and learn about and infiltrate the community of the Na’vi. He did this and was transported to where the Na’vi live and met one this one is none other than Neytiri who is the daughter of the Chieftain of an entire Na’vi clan which she takes to her mother and her mother says let him join the clan and he does and then Neytiri trains him and teaches him their ways and show him sacred places and he start to like and love the lifestyle and maybe even love a certain person in this lifestyle then the Humans tell Jake that he has one hour before the go in and destroy their home which is a massive 1000 foot tree that they blow up and destroy which causes an all out war which I'm not telling which side wins but you don't want to miss it because there's a lot of action at this part and some really intense and sad moments and that was basically the whole plot of the Avatar.

The overall rating that I would give this movie is 10/10 because of its storytelling and its action that it has and I'd would recommend it to people who like that and the romance is alright. The graphics in the movie are insane and it makes the movie so good and it really has an effect because it’s 80 percent animated and it is insanely well written and animated.

This movie made 2.7 billion dollars in total and is said to be the highest grossing film of all time but its average gross in America did get beat this year with the movie Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The person who made this movie was James Cameron who is the producer, the director, the writer, and the editor, so without him this movie probably wouldn't have been what it was and it was good in my opinion.

I say that this movie was good and the that a lot of people who have seen it too would agree with me and it has fact that basically prove that it's really good for some people and that fact is how much money it made and it made that much for a reason so I’d say that it deserves a high rating of 10 to 9 out of 10. This movie is by far one of my favorites but that had nothing to do with the how I rated it and what I think most of it is based on fact and what I know. This movie was pumped with action love romance and sad moments which is what a movie should be which is a train ride of emotions and that's what this movie was a train ride.

What inspired me was how good this movie was to me and a project in school to do it so partly the movie and partly my teacher
