Thor is the first movie in the Thor movie series and is based off of the Marvel superhero character Thor. Thor, the superhero, is based off of the Norse god of thunder, and so is his adventures. This movie stands to be a backstory movie to explain Thor's past and provide background information. Although this movie does its job pretty good, Thor is still one of the worst superhero movies in the Avengers universe. The movie is not that interesting, or appealing, as other movies, but still has good battle scenes, and depicts Thor brilliantly. Thor is described and shown accurately, but this movie just is not as good as other superhero movies. That does not mean that this movie is not good, but the movie could have been better.
