When it comes to reports, let's face it they're boring!

I sit down and stare at the keyboard, oh goodness I'm snoring!

Dozens of words go through my head,

But none seem just right and I realize I'm dead!

Now I sit here the deadline's tomorrow,

I type the title, but no words seem to follow.

I flip through my notes and begin to doodle,

I lay on the floor and play with my poodle.

My mother knocks on the door "How is it going?"

All right I lie "Oh it's just flowing!"

Now I know it's time to do it,

And by some strange miracle I find there's nothing to it!

Through all the pain and suffering I have undergone,

I see that it's not that bad though the hours were quite long.

I know I'll catch up on my sleep when I get to class,

Just as long as I know that this course I will pass!
