Friends
I used to think that I had a lot of friends in this world. I used to hangout with them all the time. I would call them my friends, Best friends, close friends, favorite friends. We would just have a fun time when we were all with each other hanging out. We had some hard days such as someone losing someone in their family or a break up, some crazy fun days like having parties throwing eggs at houses and cars, some days where we would just chill at one of our houses, sleep overs and we would go get our nails done together and all.
But then something happened, I had to go to the hospital and I was just in so much pain. I had gotten in a car crash where an olderly lady in a silver car had hit us from the side when she was coming out of a gas station, my parents had to call the cops and an ambulance. I was in so much pain that I started crying and shouting. I was in the hospital for about 4 to 5 days. Two days into the accident and being in the hospital only 2 of my friends showed up. They had shown up with a pot of flowers and and a couple of balloons saying “get well soon”. Once they saw me on the hospital bed they started feeling a little sad for me and my lovely girl friend Tylee she is so gorgeous, she has long brown curly hair, light skin, and green-ish eyes. She was so sad seeing me in the hospital bed that her eyes started getting watery. I was feeling a little better knowing that I still had other people by my side and who would help me go through this pain. Such as my guy friend Austin. Austin is my guy friend he is super tall around 5.8 he was a blonde with blue eyes. He was so upset but he was still trying not to show it and was just telling me “It’ll be okay Amy just keep your head up no matter what happens”. After what he told me I saw who was really my friends and who I can really rely on. They were the ones who were there for me when I needed someone next to me. Someone who I can talk to. Someone who can actually understand you. That’s when I saw who was and who wasn’t really my friends and who was down for me.
So now I think that people can have plenty of friends in life but they just have to see who is going to be 100 feet down for them . People who actually care about you. You will know if they are your real friends when you are in bad terms and just not having a good day. They will be the ones who will have your back through thick and thin. And will always try to keep your head up at all times.
