Dogs
From a young age, I have always had a dog in my life. My old dog is no longer with us and now I just have Mac and Ruby. Mac has black fur and Ruby has red fur. Mac just turned one and he is very energetic. Mac is a small dog but can jump almost as high as I am tall. He loves the snow and he loves getting into the trash and ripping things into tiny pieces. When we leave him out of his kennel for a night, we wake up and he has eaten a whole roll of toilet paper and the paper is shredded all over the floor. But even when he does that, I can’t get mad at him because he is so cute. We got him from a breeder last year. We got Ruby from a pet store years ago.
His fur is so soft it almost feels like it isn’t there when you touch it. He loves attention more than anything, and if we even get too close to Ruby, Mac comes running over so that he can be pet too. Mac and I also play all the time. He has a few toys that he loves more than any of the other ones like his taco that squeaks and his little orange ball. He will come running over to me with them so I throw them and he can go run after them and get them. It makes me laugh. He also growls at us very aggressively when he is really comfortable and we pick him up. I don’t blame him, I would be mad too if someone picked me up when I was laying down comfortably.
Ruby, on the other hand, is the sweetest dog ever. She never bites, all she does is walk around wiggling her butt. She is about to turn six, so she is getting a little older, but Mac makes sure to keep her on her toes. Ruby loves me so much so always comes and says hi to me no matter where I get home from and she sleeps either in my room or if I fall asleep without getting her, she brings her bed upstairs right outside of my room and sleeps there. I think it is the cutest thing ever. I love my dogs and can’t imagine life without them.
