Inheritance
One year ago, I started my first year on campus at this high school. I didn’t know much about the campus then, but my dad printed me a map. The cafeteria walls displayed the locations of every student’s first-period class. Once I saw where mine was, the map led me West to the Gym where my next steps were given out in a list of room numbers. With the list and my dad’s map, I was able to find all of my classes. The next day, I needed my map less. I was able to find my classes again. Before the week ended, I stopped needing my map. I was able to overcome my nervousness and learn that it’s actually easy for me to get used to new things.
