“I'm so tired of sitting in this cage, can't someone just adopt me’’ Little did the dog know he was getting adopted today by this girl named Ava. Ava was a girl who lived in Maumee and wanted a dog for her 11th birthday and her parents decided to get her a dog. “ I can't wait to get another dog,” said Ava. When Ava and her parents got to the animal shelter all the dog could see was a girl and her parents walked into the animal shelter to get a pet. “It's my time to shine,” Said the dog. Ava went up to the dog's cage and asked her mom if she could get this one and her parents said yes. “She is looking at me, will i get adopted today and go to my forever home.” said the dog. The dog overheard the conversation and heard he was getting adopted. “I'm getting adopted today, YAY” said the dog.The people who worked at the adoption center brought him out and gave him to Ava and when she got him she named him Marshall. “ I love that name!” said Marshall. Ava took Marshall home and started playing with him and when he got home all marshall saw was other pets, dog beds on the floor, cat trees, dog and cat toys, dog and cat bowls leashes and many other things and then marshall  saw a bowl, toys,  and a bed that was his and he was living the best life with Ava. Marshall saw many pets like dogs, cats,1 bird and a bunny and two hamsters and fish all in cages so they can meet him one by one and live the best life with Ava and the other pets that she has.
