preventing strep throat

When I got strep throat it was actually the worst it was so horrible and some people think it's really not that bad but It's actually more important than just being thought of Strep throat is very painful throughout the throat mouth head area it creates many problems with swallowing, talking, moving, and breathing it can get very tuff to do those things and obviously if you can't do those things your body gets exhausted without even doing anything sometimes another problem with it is vomiting just like any other sickness but feels worse. Strep throat isn't just one part of your body such as the throat but it runs through your whole body once it sits in it just feels like it keeps getting worse.

Experiencing Strep wasn't good I mean obviously but me not feeling good and not being able to go anywhere or see anyone just made me so sad inside I wasn't happy and I let my intrusive thoughts win because I was physically not doing so well so if I'm not physically good how am I supposed to be mentally good even after having strep I was just not very happy even my family members seen it to I mean I didn't want to show to my family I'm not doing good because I know they care but they saw it and they tried to cheer me up or at least put a smile on my face but I couldn’t the only thing I could think about at that moment inside my head and outside was to just rest just keep resting even though you've been doing it all day keep resting. I barely moved off my couch for a week. It took me some time to regain some of my strength back because every time I stood up I got dizzy and my stomach would hurt. My legs would shake. It wasn't good. I hated seeing myself like that. I just wanted to be better. But to be better you have to take care of yourself and focus on improving.

Before I got strep throat I always thought being sick or having sicknesses wasn't that bad, or bad at all it just didn't make you 100% but then when I got strep my mind never changed so fast that I instantly knew once strep got worse and worse I would do everything I possibly could to never get strep again or any other sickness that was like strep. Strep throat is and can be different for other people. Sometimes it's not as bad, sometimes it's twice as worse or you could get it more than once and every time having strep throat feels different. Whatever it is, if somebody ever shares a story about a sickness or anything honestly, it feels different for them than it does you.

When I switched my thinking on my sickness I realized being sick really sucked. It's like one of the only things I could think of was after being sick, being able to enjoy things and life again, and not being trapped in my house on my couch. Even though it was just the thought of not being sick that thought made me very happy knowing that there is a better day in front of me and that I will get over this sickness. I wasn’t gonna be like that forever although it was a challenge imagining what it was like after. I did imagine it and inside my head, I looked happy and at peace. But being said that it kind of proves my point that me being sick I couldn't really think of anything positive I could see the positive because I was in the negative but the thought of the positive pulled me out of a dark place and helped me.

To get better or to prevent sickness you should do everything in your hands to stay as healthy as possible do whatever it takes to not get sick because it’s not very fun for most people to help prevent or catch this sickness before it gets worse maybe go to the doctors if you aren't feeling the best or if you have it. Isolate I mean it's not good for you to isolate but you also have to get better you can't spread it to anyone else. Or you could just go get all your shots at the Doctor’s so you have a better chance of not getting strep or a sickness. When talking about sickness you don’t get an option to not be sick or to be sick it kind of just happens especially when you don’t get your shots and not trying to stay healthy so you have a better chance of staying healthy.
