Finding My Fear
Perspiring palms with a hot sensation and a drained sentiment- all I can do is cry as I'm being apprehended in this hostile atmosphere while they observe me as the animal I‘m not, expressing their amusement and pointing. A giant lump in my throat stopping all thoughts, but defiantly not the feelings. The reverberation of loudness ringing in and out from where the stares are being held- burning holes intensely into my skin. My fear of being alone is coming true, only I can’t presume why this is transpiring. She’s supposed to be my best friend. True friends don’t ignore the other at a birthday party and treat them like something that they’re not. Or act as upon a stranger to one another. Promptly I can now only give in return an oath- my difference is not in what matters, but in life itself.
