Although I'm sure most kids don't know every single detail of the debates going on right now, I'm almost positive that kids have heard the gossip. Recently, there has been a big social media roar about the presidential candidates. What my article is about is how mainly younger people despise Trump, but older people like him. Then on the other hand, younger people adore Sanders, while older people don't think he'd make a good president. I believe that the reason younger people aren't very fond of Trump is because of how straight forward he is, because that could be seen as rude. Also, a lot of facts get jumbled up on social media, and many people spread rumors about how Trump is "racist." Older people see Trump as a good presidential candidate because since he is so straightforward, they think he will get the job done right away, unlike the past presidents. Sanders is causing an uproar in social media targeted at younger people. There is even the hashtag #FeelTheBurn that hass gone viral. A photo has even leaked of Sanders getting escorted out of a freedom protest. Sanders is trying to go after things like affordable schooling, taxation of billionaires, and starving children. Adults and even school students should learn about the debates and be educated on what is happening in our world.
