She missed you, your soft brown hair, piercing green eyes, tender lips, loving heart, inches above her, the sweltering hugs, it was gone. You let her plunge into the darkness, the frigid assassin of the night, where she was too far from being saved, her light diminished into the shadows, never to be seen again. You lost the one that was devoted to you, and only you. You forgot about the way she made you feel when you were despondent, the way she brought you to Oz, the colors she showed you, gone with your mistake.
