The people say:
Outsource, Outsource, Outsource!
But, they will react with remorse.
“They took my job away.”
“My understanding has gone astray.”
“I have far too much time in my day.”
“The children, they have no place to play.”

Outsource, Outsource, Outsource.
Send it to India,
I need more clothing.
Send it to China,
I’m tired of thinking.
Send it to Brazil,
Let them harvest my crops.
Send it to Sudan,
Let them weed my backyard.

Outsource, Outsource, Outsource.
No. Think people, Think.
Don’t let your pride devalue the labor of others.
Don’t grow in your greed-
there is enough clothing in your closet, enough food in your refrigerator, enough nature around you.
Don’t give away your comprehension.
Don’t let others exploit the love that is yours.
Don’t let the rocks pray to God in your stead.

Think people, Think.

Wrote this after I watched a documentary on the exploitation of efforts to provide clean water to citizens of third-world countries.
