The Power of Words
Words are powerful, words are meaningful
Yet words cannot express all things
Words may harm, and words may soothe,
Yet words cannot express all things.
For words, though they are abundant, are not descriptive,
And shan’t help as much as harm
For words, quite comparable to a thief, are actually quite furtive
Through this world they lurk, and so may we be disarmed.
So beware the power of words,
For if you do not,
Your body shall be tossed and fed to the birds
Your remains shall be left to rot.
