In a Rush

Stumbling over stones and rocks,
Racing against soaring hawks,
Tripping over tree roots,
In a rush.

Wading through the fog-chilled creeks,
Over hills and mountain peaks,
Splashing ice-cold water,
In a rush.

Crunching leaves, just rustling through,
Thorn in foot, pricked right through shoe,
Breathing breeze starts howling,
In a rush.

I was in a rush and then this poem came to my mine.
