Cinnamon Weakness
Tendrils of the sweet but spicy fragrance
Creep through uncertain ghost memories,
Once so innocent, now destroyed by love.
I find myself lost in secrets so desperate,
What was once sin is now a dream.
Now his scent surrounds my willing body,
Closing the curtains on an irrelevant world,
Framing the perfect moment of serenity.
Chaotic charisma swirls from the rusty grains,
Holding me captive with their seductive charm.
I try to break the bonds that chain me to his perfume,
But I can do nothing but remain locked
In a silent dance with faded ecstasy—
This glittering poison,
So soft, so pure.
My only weakness.
