Second Chance
I’m not usually one
 To give second chances
 Maybe for friends
 But not romances
 There’s something about you
 That I can’t resist
 Nothing could ever
 Prepare me for this
 I trusted you once
 And you broke my heart
 I missed you horribly
 When we were apart
 But since we’re together
 I’m whole again
 I close my eyes
 And count to ten

 They say if you’re asleep
 That it makes you wake
 But still you remain
 Fixing every break
 The past is gone
 Our future is bright
 From the dark
 Comes a beautiful light
 A touch, a kiss
 A sweet love song
 Nothing this perfect
 Could ever be wrong
 I’ll face the pain
 I’ll fight the storm
 ‘Till I’m in your arms;
 ‘Till I’m safe and warm
 Hand in hand
 We’ll stand together
 We look into the sunset-

 Into Forever.
