The Girl Who Shined Bright as Day
There once was a girl
Who shined bright as day
Her beauty could not be compared
To the suns ray.
In a beautiful meadow she spent all her nights
The outside look deceiving
Although everything looked perfect
Inside she was grieving.
To be seen by everyone else would be dream
But her one wish was to leave this cursed place
Out of spite and out of might
So she left to roam the land with grace
No matter how beautiful her meadow,
Nothing compared with the outside world
And the young plants sprouting would fly
As she spun and turned and twirled.
A storm rained down
Not to soon after living her dream
Every flower and every plant began to die
As she started to scream.
What could she do in such distress
With no home to go to
As she looked out for help
She looked at you.
