Turbulent
Payton,
Such a little baby she was.
There were countless hearts that loved her,
Little did she know the big world that was ahead waiting for her.
In the home,
Chaos roams in every direction.
Every sibling with each individual needs
As the youngest of the five of them,
Just trying to figure out the life ahead of her.
Through family hardships,
The chaos comes like waves breaking at shore.
Constant.
Not a day goes by where there wasn’t an activity to be at,
Or a chore to be done.
Payton,
Growing up in the disarray.
The everlasting effect the past has,
Now, an unchaperoned life is being lived.
The abiding demand to feel immersed.
No matter the activity,
No matter the time of day,
There is always something going on.
Directly in the chaos,
Just like the good ole days.
